Title: Hot Spiced Tea - Sl 10/83

Yield: 10 Cups

4 3-inch cinnamon sticks; halved
1tsWhole cloves
1/2tsAllspice
1qt;Hot tea
1/2cSugar
3cOrange juice
3cUnsweetened pineapple juice
  Orange slice quarters (optional)

Combine first 3 ingredients in a tea ball or cheesecloth bag; set aside. Combine hot tea and sugar in a large Dutch oven; stir in juice. Add spice mixture and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Garnish each serving with fresh orange, if desired. Serve hot. Yield: 10 cups.
